We stayed here last month for about a week. Fairly nice place, few trees. Supposed to have been part of the old housing area. Anyhow, they have 1 or 2 spaces for late arrivals and you really need to call ahead to reserve. NO emails etc. Guess I created a hurrah when I emailed the MWR director asking about potential availability. Said the C o C got all excited about it and got a message to call for info!
Again pretty large, clean facilities, just down street for comm/px, pxtra (gas station).
Big complaint is the post gates. Close at various hours and makes entry a little harder. Only main gate open after 2200 off the bypass. Mainly a civilian post, they had signs indicating contractors and gov't people can qualify for post housing! Not very many mil on the installation.
