I'm at Keesler and was told by one of the hosts that a new campground is in the works. There will be over 100 sites and they will take reservations. The camp I'm in now will remain open and become the overflow area. I saw a map of Biloxi with the site marked off. It's located at the southwest corner of Porter Avenue and Division Street, east of I-110 and near the Imperial Palace casino.
