FastEagle, Where do 100% DAV's fit in or are they not allowed? I'm a Vietnam Vet with 100% service connected disability.

Hi Mad Dog, All the people I know that are 100% by the military or the Veteran’s Association carry retired ID cards. My brother-in-law was evaluated by the VA as 100% from the Korean war and with only two years service he has a USA retired ID card (CPL) with all the advantages any other retiree would have. His VA ID card says "100% service connected disabled". Why NAS JAX omitted the 100% folks is beyond me.

This topic addresses how Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL listed it’s authorized users for their MWR program. The subject came up about why they omitted the 100% Disabled Veteran from their authorization listing. The answer is still...WHO KNOWS!
