I don't know what's w/ Ft. Sam's wi-fi sites. I do know really, their aren't any. I was trying to ck email on Ft. Sam. The "Mainstreet" server that AAFES snack bar areas have wasn't working,(not enuff bandwidth fot the number of users, I'm told) but I saw several folks online anyway. I asked and I was told that the PX had a wi-fi site called "Bookarea" & that they were using it. That wi-fi site wouldn't show up on my computer, so I walked back to the book area & saw that it was adjacent to Customer Service. So I sat down in a chair in Customer Svc and ck'ed my email, easy as you pls.So, there you have it. A secret wi-fi location on FT. Sam. Enjoy
