We will be heading back to Fort Bragg and want to base ourselves in the Fifth wheel as we look for housing. I remember that railroad track you had to cross from years ago and shudder at crossing it again! Any news when it is due for new acess and improved road? Otherwise any other parks decent in area?

Don't know the answer but there is another entrance to the CG that avoids that...my GPS took me that way. Downside is that it is a dusty road. I can't remember how but sure the office knows and will tell you.
BEEN THERE B/4 AND YOU CAN FIND DIRECTIONS IN THE CAMPGROUND SECTION OF THIS WEB PAGE. TRAVELING TOWARDS BRAGG ON HWY 204 GO PASS RAILROAD ENTRANCE TO HONEYCUTT RD. TURN RIGHT OR EAST FOR ABOUT 2 MILES AND TURN RIGHT AGAIN. IT'S A LONG DUSTY ROAD BUT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE OFFICE.
