Wondering if anyone can tell me the site layout for Area 2 at Pointes WEst in Augusta GA. They have made it reserved and hard to decide which site to ask for?

I can't remember a lot of site numbers but maybe what little I can remember will help.
Area 2 is on a small point with the lake on the left and a cove on the right going in. All sites are pretty much 90 degree back-ins except for 2Q which is a nose in site on the end of the point and a good site for a motorhome. On the left going in I know 2H, 2I, and 2J are about the largest sites with plenty of room for a 40 footer and tow vehicle. 2O and 2P are also decent back in sites on the point. You can make the loop at the end of the road and back straight into 2O and 2P. If both sites are occupied tow vehicle parking can get a little tight, but there is an open space on the other side of 2Q where there is plenty of room to park your vehicle.
On the right going in is the bath house, then the park host's site, and then 3 or 4 pretty large back in sites but I can't remember their numbers although I think one of them is 2AA.
Sorry, there are other decent sites in there but I can't remember the specific site numbers. For my preferences 2H, 2I, 2J, and 2Q are about the best ones.

WB4ZIT has it right!! Not a bad memory for an old fart.
When are you planning on going to Pointes West? The summer can get pretty bad for staying any length of time...folks reserve the sites for the weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Kind of makes it hard to stay for a week or more.
There's a bunch of us going to be there in May, so if you're around look for us...we'd love to see ya! Happy Hour starts around 4, so just look for the camper with the most loud, obnoxious, old geezers! :woohoo:
Speaking of which....have you made your reservation yet WB4ZIT??
