My wife and I are new to RVing. We presently have a 31' travel trailer. We are headed to Pennsacola in June from the Atlanta area. Is it possible to find a guide to fueling spots on the interstates that are RV friendly? Friends have told us to be leary of pulling into Racetracs or QT's because we may not get back out. We were just wondering if there is any info or website with this type of info on it.

when we began we stuck to Flying J's & Love's. Flying J no longer has a discount program and we've gotten braver. Most of the large stations on the Interstates have an outside isle/row pump that are easier to navigate while you're learning. I stuck to them for about 2 yrs. The only real consistent negative experiences I had were at BP stations. Could be just me. Exxon seems higher everywhere. We also pull a 25' TT. I always fill up at night after stopping and unhooking so I don't have to stop too often during the day's drive. Enjoy!!

We have a 32 ft class C and pull a Honda CRV. Been using Flying J's and Loves when we can. You can get directories for each when you stop for gas. We also make note of other stations along our routes that have easy access. We use our Tom Tom GPS to mark these. Additionally we make notes in the "Next Exit" book on interstate exits that have easy access gas stations.

www.gasbuddy.com will assist with prices and map locations.

Sam Club or Costco. I've always found them to be easy in and out. Good places to stop in the parking lot and have lunch or walk to a nearby resturant. If you have a membership then prices will be cheaper, too.

Flying "J" was bought out by Pilot and still offer RV discounts. I just returned from a two month trip and got discounts at all of the Flying J's we stopped at. Check Pilot website for more info.
