The inside is closed but its open on the outside. Good food and music and the price is right.

We were there a few weeks ago. The lounge is open on the weekends beginning Thurs evening. Busy but food is good and the view is unbeatable. Now, keep in mind I'm referring to the outside. The inside, I believe, IS CLOSED.
