macdill campground swimming was created by kadams36

Want to come next winter to camp at Macdill.

But we both need to swim for exercise.

Does anyone know of adult hours, therapeutic swim place
close?

I have had brain surgery so I basically need pool to self
or minimal occupants.

MacDill does not have a swimming pool that is open during the winter season. I am sorry, but I do not know of a nearby pool. There is a YMCA not far from the base but I don't know if it has a pool or not.

Edit: Checked today (02/08/13) and it looks like the YMCA does have a swimming pool.

I suggest you call Jas. A. Haley VA Hospital and see if you can use their therapuetic pool as an outpatient while you are in the area. If not I am sure they would know of other locations for you.
