Spent the 4th of July weekend at the Fort Lewis Travel Camp while on our way to northern Idaho. If you have a chance to stay here, do yourself a favor and do so. This is probably one of the nicest military famcamps we have ever stayed at. Level, wooded sites, clean bathrooms/showerhouses, laundry, WI-FI hotspot, cable TV.......it's a steal at $20 per night. The Fort Lewis golf course is also a great deal during the week - $35 for unlimited golf, a cart for 18 holes, and an $8 lunch voucher......you can't go wrong.
