A few years back a couple friends and I were at the Coast Guard training center in NYC, We went out for a few drinks and decided to hail a cab back to the ferry terminal. As we got in the cab I was surprised to see a woman driver, and being half lit , asked her where was the cheapest good cathouse in NYC, she turned around and smiled and said,,,,,
