I live 5 miles from Selfridge and frequent the facilities often. The active duty Army garrison was shut down several years ago and with it went all MWR facilites, the medical clinic, pharmacy and housing. The pharmacy was a good deal while it was there so have to find another source. They do have a medium sized exchange, a very large commissary and gas station. I don't know what directions you will be coming from but you may want to check with Wright-Patterson AFB. They have a large hospital and used to have a pharmacy. At this time I don't know what their status is with retirees. Good luck.
