tricare prime is coming back to retirees was created by a Guest

the defense authorization bill that the vacationer chief signed puts DOD on notice to allow those of us that were forced off tricare prime last october
so far dod has to implement it, but in a month or so we can OPT back in
thank goodness, tricare standard extra is costing me a fortune in hospital co pays and all the other add ons
