Hi Bob, since your OHI is primary and you have pharmacy coverage and TriCare is secondary you should be able to submit copays to TriCare and get reimbursed. CVS is another good option for you when you travel as they are more readily available then WalMart in small and large towns. Military Pharmacies are the way to go if you live near one and as was explained to me you can get a vacation refill if gone more than 90 days and no charge.
