California non-handicapped DV plates

Hello:

In previous posts I mentioned Assembly Bill 445 being held in the Appropriations Committee. Being the shy type I went back to Sacramento and revisited all 119 legislators and various committee consultants.

Bottom line: Senator Able Maldonado has introduced Senate Bill 1229, DV plate bill. I was able to generate 42 potential coauthors and at least one sponsor. Those names I can't release at this time.
