You can go to any Hospital if is an emergency and the VA will pay in full.Just tell the Hospital to bill the VA,
I did that and they payed.(100% service connected).
the key is 100% Service Connected Disability. Less than that and the VA will not jump in as payer at a civilian hospital. There is someone at every VA hospital with the word "Eligibility" in his or her job title. You need to check with that person to see if this will work for you.

You are correct, Only 100% S.C. can use that deal.
The brothers with 50 or less are out of luck...........What a bummer.
The VA should redo that eligibility.
