Natchez Trace State Park gets 2 thumbs up. Extremely well maintained, clean, and organized park. The park host was friendly and helpful. The scenery is beautiful, especially sites #33 and #34. It is nested deep inside Natchez Trace State Park, so it is quite and secluded, therefore almost off the grid...only had 1 cell phone bar (enough for phone use but no data)...so phones down and enjoy the wilderness.

Yep, Natchez Trace is a really good park. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times for a week or more each visit. Full hookup, 15 minutes or so into Lexington our the back entrance if you need to shop or eat out, pretty good breakfast buffet at the lodge, nice bath houses.

Huge parking sites in some of the CG locations.

When we were there our CG receipt also allowed us to fish in any of the lakes and streams in the park.
