Owned by city. They take reservations but be aware. Most pull into the park, find a spot & then go about a mile farther to the golf course pro shop to register. The guy in the pro shop doesn’t know how many RVs are pulling in at any one time. So reserved or not if you are late, there may not be a place. That said we loved it. Nice GC course too. Leaving Ft Hood on US 190 going west and NOT using I-10 was a great decision. I recommend this route if you’re headed west from Killeen. Much much less traffic and pretty scenery NOT 100’s of semi’s.
