World RV Campground - Rawlins Wyoming
Once upon a time - before our friends Pride burnt in half - we decided to go up into Wyoming and hunt for wild animals. We spent a week at World RV Campground in Rawlins. The sites were down right awful but the amenities made up for them. At least we were level and had a 50 amp FHU site with free WiFi.
One of our goals was to find wild horses and on our second day of riding up and down just about every navigable dirt road in Seminoe SP we found a small heard (pix 972). We drove all over the SP in our friends 4x4, went to the camp sites on the lake. ( you have to be willing to get red dirt all over your vehicle to drive the dirt roads). If you like to boondock away from it all you would like that lake and it?s primitive campgrounds. We never found any deer in the wild but while using the ATM at the local bank we found a small heard eating up the banks grass near the parking lot (pix 971).
