It's in the works now to shut all commissaries down too, forever. Another benefit gone - not much left, and am wondering when the feds will start reducing our retirement and VA comp ... while the auto-raises continue for congress. The trick is to find a way, like congress, that says, "Raises are automatic unless we vote it down." And then say, "We didn't vote ourselves a raise." That's a real trick if we could manage that for us veterans too.
