We don't read while driving but we DO listen to audiobooks while driving since it's very hard to stay on one radio station. This breaks up the driving but adds to the road trip when it becomes a boring, same desert or road. We download it onto an Ipod, then connect either to the Aux or like us, we don't have an Aux connection in our truck so we bought an inexpensive Phillips speaker and connect to it. We have several audiobooks from suspense to the monarchy. We also have quite a few on CD. Makes the trip alot more interesting since are full time RVers.
