We did these parks a few years ago, plus Canyon Lands. We stayed just north of Moab in Arch View RV Resort. This gave us easy access to Arches, Moab and to Canyon Lands. Much less crowded than the parks in Moab.
We stayed at the Panguitch KOA and did daytrips to both Bryce and Zion. Though not halfway between it was a good location and a decent campground with plenty of room.

I made this trip last year and found a couple of small, older campgrounds that were very reasonable. Nothing fancy, few amenities, but utilities were good, staff was friendly, and both were fairly close to the parks. For Arches and Canoyonlands area try the Pack Creek Campground and RV Park in Moab. Away from town, but the good part of the campground is the 3 days free for active and retired military!
For Zion and Bryce I stayed at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in Glendale, UT. Small, well maintained park very close to Zion and about 45 minutes to Bryce. A couple of miles south of the CG, on the way to Zion, is an authentic German bakery!!
Have a great trip.

for zion and bryce we stayed in Hatch Ut. Small CG clean quiet. Only draw back was that you had to go to panquich if you needed supplies, but no biggie, as its on the road back from bryce. There are 2 there the northern 1 appears like a dump this one had cabins, also the BP and SP stayed there while TDY in the bryce area.
