BEWARE! KOA has a 48 hour advance cancellation polity that they won't waiver. I made an on-line reservation for a SINGLE nite same day stay, then due to travel issues cancelled about 3 hours later! They wouldn't refund my fee even though it was just made....get this.... because it wasn't 48 hours in advance of the arrival time!!! What kind of "service provider" insanity is that? I've contacted KOA Corporate's office and they said "policy says 48 hours"...i.e. book answer without compassion to the RV community.
