It isn't so hard. If you can get the pvc, you can make it in an hour or less. My 11 year old grandson did last month. The only help he had was his "Poppy" overseeing the use of the tools.

I added a solor spot light from Wal Mart to the bottom so Ol Glory will shine all night long.
