We use audio books to pass the time on those long interstate runs. Whenever we are traveling in the envelope of the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain we get them there. You can purchase an audio book at one location and turn it in at another location within 10 days for a $3.50 fee and get another one for the next leg of your trip. Plus, Cracker Barrel normally has RV parking available and inexpensive meals. If you are traveling to and from a stick location your local library also has a wide selection of audio books of all kinds and are normally free for given periods of time to card holders. Also, lots of larger RV parks will have an area in or near the office for book swapping and sometimes you will find a few audio books there.

Man does this subject bring back some old memories. Back in the day I traveled allot from Va Beach to the most southwestern part of West Va. I would listen to those tapes. I still have a few of them somewhere. I will be shore to take them with me, thanks for the info.
