A Campground for All.

I have decided to open a campground. After having read a huge amount of material on other RV websites about common and not so common complaints, I think I have come up with the ideal campground. No one will be allowed to stay at my campground who:
1- Has a pet.
2- Doesn’t like pets.
2- Likes to build a camp fire.
4- Detests the smoke of a nearby camp fire.
5- Demands free Wi-Fi.
6- Doesn’t own a computer.
7- Is a snowbird who hogs a CG.
8- Is not a snowbird.
9- Insists on a family friendly CG.
10- Old farts who want to keep kids out.
11- Wants a 100 x 100 ft site with FHU and shade or $5.
12- Gives a 10+ rating to a concrete subdivision, sardine packed campground that charges $40/nite.
13- Who think security is a cop on site 24/7.
14. Who bitch about the least amount of entry security measures.

Finally, no one who wears shorts, black socks, and a veteran’s baseball cap will be allowed.

I’m going to name it CODGER’S ROOST. Anyone want to buy shares in the venture???

Hey Grammy....you forgot a couple of things:

Lots of shade

No trees to block the satellite reception

No mosquitoes, flies, or ants

Close to nature

"Quiet Time" from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM

Oh, and don't forget you take reservations two years out!
