Norfolk has ALWAYS been a bed of racial tension.....whether you were military or civilian
why is it so hard for the real people to admit its dangerous.
i had three friends wives raped by persons of a different shade while we were deployed
many friends beat up and robbed
its just like most cities around large bases
Several days ago a young man stationed at MacDill was beaten severely by several youths just for the fun of it. His car had broken down in the wee hours of the morning and he was walking for help or home; not sure which and someones o/s security camera captured the beating but it was too far away to identify anyone or a vehicle that may belong to the beaters. Tampa as Norfolk likes to throw around the words "racial issues" every chance they get and time will tell how this incident plays out if and when they are identified.
