Broke down in Flagstaff this past weekend and ended up with a roadside call to North Country Diesel by good sam. Diagnosed a bad fuel pump. Monday had a tow to their shop as I had driven to phoenix to get new pump for them to install. Turns out more than fuel pump. Anyhow they let us stay in the RV while they worked on it and other vehicles. They work on a fleet of Ford Vans (armored cars) thus have the Ford trouble shooting notebooks and programs. Anyhow we were provided electric by the shop. Put slides out at night pulled in bedroom in morning since work done at rear and front of the RV.
So if ya have problems North Country Diesel is a good place to call or have you warranty folks call for help. Remember flagstaff is basically small town and everything needs to be ordered and delivered tus my choice to go get parts. Was on a sunday with a tuesday 4th of July so everything closed in general.
