Have reservations for SeaMist RV Campground in Virginia Beach in August (tentative). Route to Campground goes through tunnel in HamptonRoads/Newport News into Norfolk (I-64). Is there restricted access through the tunnels? Have heard different responses but no definitive answer. I will be traveling south thru southern MD via Rt301/Rt17 and connecting to I-64.
