Went one time to them for WH repair, drove from Kings's Bay all the way - will NEVER go back ... service sucked the one time I was there. Been several years ago, but that's why I'll never go back.
Might be generally good service, but not the time I was in need of an urgent 'on the road' repair. Just watch 'em if you go, and watch the 'trouble-shooting' and the repair bill.
Well, the local's couldn't help. I found out NOBODY refills freon or even has the instruments to troubleshoot it. I had to go to Dick Gore's and was glad I did. It was a tricky problem that came & left over & over. (you know the kind) They helped "negotiate" w/ my extended warranty insurance carrier, when they started the ole' "run around". They were competent, fast, fair and "inventive". They're A-OK as far as I'm concerned & I highly recommend them.
Can't help with the JAX location, but have been to the Richmond Hill, Georgia location a couple of times. It's been a couple of years, but I always had good service with my problem fixed the first time.
