A senic northern cross country trip

Next spring we are planning on going to Maine for a short visit with family. Then we are going to meander across country for about three and a half months and stop at every Military Campground along the way. Been working on this some time now and just about have it finished. Going to have to substitute a couple of Indian Casino RV parks and one civilian.

Keep us posted. We plan a cross country next yr, but in reverse some what. Starting in Tx, Cal, Wa. and then take our time back to Maine.

Sounds like a wonderful trip. We're looking forward to your updates and reviews on the military campgrounds. (Wish I could make this trip.) :'(

will be reading your postings. we are planning on leaVING EL PASO TX IN JULY AND THEN TO A MILITRY REUNION IN bUFFALO NY, CROSS TO MAINE , MASS, NJ, CN, RI, DEL PA KY TN, TAKE A COUPLE OF MONTHS. GOLF IN EACH STATE COLLECT THE STATE LOGO BALLS, SIGHTSEE AND JUST ENJOY LIFE. OPPS SORRY FOR THE CAPS... wasn't yelling lol

Consider putting Great Lakes Naval Training Center on your list. We spent a week there a couple years ago. Campground is right on Lake Michigan and you can catch a train into Chicago right outside the base - lots of attractions in Chicago. We took our daughter and friend on the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio tour - very interesting.

Also there are a few Indian casinos in Minnesota with great campgrounds. One of those Dakotah Meadows RV, Mystic Lake casino www.dakotahmeadows.com/attractions06.html is on the edge of the Twin Cities and close to the Mall of America (if that sort of thing interests you).

Would be a trip of our dreams, hubby in tenn., picking up our new bounder 36e, will get used to it on shorter trips first, then this would be wonderful to do....
