Scenic Park Campground, owned by the city of South Sioux City. Over 100 sites on the west side of the Missouri River. Large city park with lots of recreation opportunities including marina, pools, ballfields, bike/walking trails. Sites with 50-amp and cable only were just $15/night; electric,water, and cable $20, and full hookups were $23 or $25 for pull-thrus. Clean bathrooms. Very nice.
