Oh my, one of our favorite subjects – small mid-west town city parks. We try to use the numerous city parks found all over the mid-west, and Nebraska happens to be one state we use a lot. We have relatives in several small towns in SE NE, around Wymore and Hebron. Both have parks and are very inexpensive – Five dollars at each location, although I believe that inflation has driven the price up to seven since our last visit. Both offer electric only and a dump station, but due to the very low park usage, we have always been able hook up to the water faucet for the duration of our stays.
