I have an inquiry about MBCH (Military Base Camp Hosting). What are the minimum requirements? I am a disabled Veteran of the USMC who is 90% (waiting on unemployable). I have volunteered for the past 10 years across the U.S. in state parks but have seen the camp sites at Travis AFB, CA and wondered if I could camp host there.
I can recommend some really nice state parks; McArthur-Biurney Falls, CA, Rock Island, TN, Fanning Springs, FL and the SAM Shortline Railroad in Cordelle, GA (this one runs from the Georgia VETS memorial park which has a really nice military museum. Another park (if you are man enough) if Colusa, CA (but this town is corrupt and there are gangs. Let the Father know that you don't take the park to his turf and he will keep his people out of your park.
