I've noticed that a few (very few) of the campgrounds on the map are designated with a gold star rather than the blue one that is typical. Can anyone tell me the significance?
Are you talking about the stars on the map in the Directory software (not the website) that show where a campground is located at? I don't recall any gold stars on that map. Can you give me a campground with a gold star as an example?
Well, now, rather than talking gold or blue, I'll talk about my red face...
When I went back to the map, in the software, the campgrounds outside the current state are gold. The ones inside the state are blue. One, looking at Wyoming, was Carter Creek Campground.
I need to stop posting when I'm in too much of a rush to analyze anything...
