I need to Update the Laptop I Had stored in the RV over the Winter - I renewed my Subscription from My Copy on the Home Computer but am unable to Update the Laptop - I am allowed 2 Copies of th Software - 1 for Home Computer and 1 for Laptop - However I misplaced the Activation code for the renewed subscription - is there any way to get the code - Or do I have to pay for a new subscription for the laptop ( which I'm willing to do - If it would let me)
Your new renewal was received this morning extending your subscription to 5/1/2019. New registration information was emailed to you. Please let me know if you don't get that email.
The license agreement does allow you to run the Directory software on 2 computers that you own. Use the same registration info on both computers.
