Contact For The Share Ware.

I would like to know, how do you contact the person, who has the campground share ware. I have downloaded the free trial version. I looked at it and loved it. I went in and paid the $12.95 for the registration number for it. It has been a week now and I still have no registration number. Then there is no was of e-mailing anyone. There is no where on this site that you can contact the person who runs it. I have never seen a program yet, that doesn't have a means to contact the person/persons, who run it. I just need my Registration Number so I can use it. I may have 2 days left on it. Anybody help me?

Your subscription to the Directory software was received on 3/24/2018 with your registration info emailed the same day, Perhaps my email to you went into a SPAM folder? Actually, you accidentally paid for the Directory software twice and a refund for the duplicate order was also issued the same day.

I'm not sure why you had problems contacting me. Within the Directory software, there's a "Support" option available under the HELP menu. In addition, your receipt's from PayPal have my email address on them. Also, there's a "Contact Us" option at the bottom of every page on this website. Regardless, I'll contact you privately with your registration information.

Can you tell me if the share ware has the ability to do trip planning? If not can you share a link or information as to what it does do. I am planning a cross country trip and would like to use military campgrounds as much as possible.

Hi, the Directory software is a "directory" of our U.S. Military Campgrounds and RV Parks. It's the same information you'll find on this website. Trip (map) routing isn't a part of the Directory software. However, the Directory software doesn't require an Internet connection. It was developed for traveling when you don't have Internet access. In addition, the Directory software helps support the operation of this website. We're still able to provide this website with a fee due to the support we receive from users purchasing a subscription tot he Directory software.
