new update doesn't have a program to open it?

Downloaded the new up date but it will not load. Message asks for program to open the file but all the file types avalable on my samsung S8+ android cannto recognize the file type. I even tried uninstalling the software, still will not load?

The Directory software is only for MS Windows computers. It's a standard Windows ".msi" install file. It won't install or work on your Android device.
