where is the registration number?

I need assistance please. I can not progress without my info.

I paid for software. received link, activated link on my cell phone (email) but using my computer to access software.

You probably missed on the ordering page where it states it may take up to 24 hours to process Directory software registrations. I recently processed your subscription and emailed your registration information to you. Please let me know if you don't get that email soon,
