Just purchased the software but cannot seem to download it. Also when I am on the website, it continuously freezes and says something is wrong with the page and I have to get out of it. Help please.

If you still have problems downloading, please email me the specifics. What page on the website is locking up on you and what's the error message? There's been no other reports of problems (except with the Profile not working).

If the website keeps freezing, you might want to restart your device or try a different network.
