There's LOTS of complaints about many military campgrounds and RV Parks.
Each Military Campground is independently operated by the host installation. Complaints need to be addressed to the installation MWR and installation commander.
In addition, many bases (and MWR) participate in the optional DOD ICE (Interactive Customer Evaluation) program. Search these forums for more information on ICE.
