thank you for putting this site together...i read through the faq about who can and cannot use the camp sites - and from what i read - i am out of luck? I gave 10 years to the US Naval Reserve and was honorably discharged. Am I correct - I do not have access privilages? thank you in advance. Kenda
Sorry Kenda, I'm afraid you've got it right. Active/DOD/Retired/Reservists only. As a 25 year retired Navy Reserve guy myself, I can tell you what an advantage it is to have these benefits.
Also Kendra are you 100% disabled from your discharge, if so you have access, and also some military campgrounds will allow a active, Ret, member spouncer you for a weekend stay, check with the base MWR near you for details.
