What are all the people that use military campgrounds doing while they are all shut down. We had to cancel a rsvn due to closure and found that state parks in tennessee are filling up quickly.
Are any of the military campgrounds shut down? I'm camped in one right now at Fort Gordon's Pointes West "Resort". Been here 10 days, supposed to be here another 20 days, and nobody has said anything about it closing down. People have been checking in all day today for the weekend and some for longer periods.

No; campgrounds are not shut down and only commissaries on military installations are closed. The Class VI and Exchanges remain open; at this writing anyway. We have a reservation starting tomorrow and confirmed it is open and a friend of ours just came out of the campground and was told the commissary is on notice it could be closed from 1 to 90 days, YIKES!
