Military Club Card and Frequent Camper Cards

Can anyone tell me what these are and how to get them?? Looks like discounts (on top of already amazing rates) available with Military Club Card or Frequent Camper Cards. Does each service have their own frequent camper cards??? Any info would be appreciated. Just starting our traveling adventures and would love to know about these programs as we plan!!

A "Military Club Card" is from a membership in the local NCO or Officers Club. Some locations have changed to an "All Ranks" club.
