Do you have to be active duty to reserve an rv campsite or can you be a veteran?

US Military Campgrounds are open to active duty, retired military, 100%DAV, and a few other minor categories. The typical veteran who isn't retired military or doesn't have a 100% service connected disability isn't authorized to utilize these facilities.
