US Military Recreation Facilities are primarily for Active Duty, Retired Military, and 100% DAV. There are a few other minor categories that are authorized. They are not available to the typical veteran or to the general public.

This article includes copies of the applicable regulations on who is authorized to utilize MWR facilities.
