I don't quite understand the criteria need to be able to use these Military campgrounds. I was in the navy for 3 years back in 1974, Vietnam era vet. my only form of military I.D. is my V.A. I.D. card. am I able to use the campgrounds???
Based on what you've told us, you are not eligible to utilize MWR facilities. Use of MWR facilities (includes campgrounds) is primarily for active duty, retired military, and 100% DAV. Although, there are a few other categories that are eligible. However, military campgrounds are not a benefit provided to the typical veteran.
