Air Force Frequent Camper Program

Ok, we have completed our second tier of the AF Frequent Camper Program. Before I send it in, does anyone know if the Lackland AFB address for Air Force Services HQ is still valid? The most current address I have found, listed elsewhere in this site is:

Our last submission, admittedly about four or five years ago, took forever to be returned to us. Hopefully, things have changed for the better.

That's the last known "good" address that I'm aware of. This article also has numerous phone numbers and email addresses, if you run into problems.
