Rainy Day Bloviating - Farewell was created by harrylouise
I am sitting here eating my lunch after having an interaction with another person - that person is unnamed, and will remain that way. While eating my delicious salad (prepared by my bride) I started my self-evaluation process (looking-in-the-mirror-syndrome). The subject matter of the interaction is not important nor do I feel that the interaction affected my emotions in any way. I like to consider myself as wearing a coating of Teflon, not a suit of armor. I objectively asked myself “What am I doing? Are my actions [messages] providing something of value or something that is possibly creating turmoil? Why am I doing it? Should I just “throw in the towel” and get on with my life?” The conclusion I came to is to shut down the Rainy-Day Bloviating articles. I had fun and enjoyed writing the articles, but it is a very time-consuming effort for a product that may not have a market or have an opposite effect [intensions] on customers. Thank you for your patience with a nuisance.

Hey, I for one enjoyed your bloviating. Don't go! BTW, just where are you located that it is raining so much - Colorado Springs, by chance.

I have to admit, I've read every word you've written. It's sort of habit forming.

Having a very ACTIVE retirement life, I find your bloviating to be enjoyable, but way too verbose and WAY too frequent. I visit here once a week which is all the time I can spare here. Finding one of your vignettes a week would be great.
