eligibility prerequisits

I plan on traveling across the country for a full year in my class 'A' RV beginning 10/24/18. Am I eligible to stay at military campgrounds with a IU (Individual Unemployability) and 70% disability rating? Thank you!

Use of MWR facilities (includes campgrounds) is primarily for active duty, retired military, and 100% DAV. Although, there are a few other categories that are eligible. However, military campgrounds are not a benefit provided to the typical veteran.

I assume because of the IU in addition to the 70% you are payed at the 100% level and are therefore entitled to all benefits also, including military campgrounds.
